A rendering is the beginning. The full project is much more.
Behind a picture are plans, sections, details, coordination, quantities and decisions that reduce the unknowns on the job site.
What does the beneficiary actually get?
Not just a few blueprints for authorization, but a working basis that helps the beneficiary, builder and specialists understand the same solution.

What does the documentation contain?

- documentation for authorization (DTAC) and development (PTh)
Why it matters
When the project includes materials and quantities, the budget discussion no longer starts with a vague estimate. The beneficiary can ask for offers on real lists, and the executor knows exactly what he has to perform.
Important — The prices in the stores are indicative and have a verification date. They are not firm offers and do not replace the consultation of an executor. They are a guidance tool, not a promise of cost.
